Tarun Chaturvedi

Tarun Chaturvedi has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Tarun is currently serving as the SVP (People and Culture) at C3i Hub, a position they began in April 2022. Prior to this, Tarun held the role of Senior VP (Consulting & HR) at the Incubation Center and Program Director at the Social Innovation Lab by Citi at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, from March 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Indian Institute of Technology, Tarun worked as an Advisor at Neptune Consultants, Talentika, starting in June 2015 until February 2022. During their time there, they mentored business and program delivery teams, aided in building the Training Practice, and expanded the client base.

Tarun also has experience in the education sector. Tarun served as the Head of MIT School of Corporate Innovation and Leadership at MIT ADT University from May 2018 to February 2020. In this role, they focused on growing the MIT SCIL platform and designing and delivering customized OD initiatives for organizations.

Their previous positions include being the HR Head & AVP - HCM Practice at Primus IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from April 2014 to April 2018, a Visiting Professor at HCM Rajasthan State Institute of Public Administration from January 2015 to December 2016, an Assessor for Development Center at Tata Motors from January 2010 to October 2014, a Faculty of Management at NIIT University from June 2012 to April 2014, a Faculty - Behavioral Science and Assistant Dean - EABS at Global Talent Track/ EABS from April 2009 to May 2012, and a Manager at GES & ZCBI at Zensar Technologies from February 2008 to March 2009.

Tarun Chaturvedi has a diverse education history. Tarun pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Consulting Management at Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Tarun also holds a Master of Science degree in Information Science/Studies from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow.

Tarun is currently pursuing an Exec FPM (equivalent to PhD) with a specialization in Organizational Behavior Studies at XLRI Jamshedpur. Tarun also has a Diploma in Psychology and a Diploma in Human Resources from Advance Learning Interactive Systems Online.

In addition to their formal education, Tarun has obtained several certifications. This includes Completion of Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers, Coaching and Developing Employees, Leading Culture Change in Your Team, Managing New Managers, Organization Culture, and People Analytics from LinkedIn. Tarun also holds a UGC NET (Lectureship) in Management certification from the University Grants Commission and an Instructional Systems Design certification from Advance Learning Interactive Systems Online. Tarun has completed a Participant Centric Learning - Case Method Teaching program from Harvard Business School.
