Shagha Russell

Shagha Russell is currently the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel at C4 Therapeutics, Inc. Previously, Shagha worked as the Associate General Counsel at Prime Motor Group and as a Partner at Nutter McClennen & Fish LLP. Shagha has a JD from Boston College Law School, an MBA in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management, and a BS in Finance and Marketing from Boston College. Responsibilities in roles include handling compliance matters, internal investigations, litigation, acquisition and disposition of dealerships, employment matters, and contract review and negotiation.
