Horace Kerr is an experienced professional with a background in process optimization and customer care. Since April 2015, Horace has served as the Assistant Manager of Process Optimization and Quality Monitor at Cable & Wireless Communications. Prior to this role, Horace worked at LIME from February 2005 to April 2015 as a Senior Customer Care Representative, where responsibilities included resolving complex customer inquiries related to Internet, VOIP, and Blackberry services, as well as enhancing First Call Resolution processes. Horace holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from the University College of the Caribbean, earned between 1999 and 2002.
