Luisa Fernanda Duarte Guerrero

Luisa Fernanda Duarte Guerrero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the B2C Commercial Director for Cable & Wireless Communications in the Dutch Caribbean since February 2019. In this role, Luisa develops and implements strategic plans aimed at increasing the B2C customer base and revenue. Previously, Luisa held various managerial positions, including Senior Manager for Customer Value Proposition at Cable & Wireless, where responsibilities included enhancing customer experience and developing market-specific value propositions. Luisa’s career also includes significant roles at Flash Colombia Oficial and Tigo Colombia, encompassing product management and strategic marketing for both prepaid and postpaid products. Educationally, Luisa holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Los Andes, complemented by a Pre-MBA Management English certification from The University of Sheffield.
