Kathleen M. Reardon

Kathleen brings over 24 years of real estate experience to raising capital and maintaining enduring investor relationships. She has focused on developing the Value Fund program and most recently participated in raising over $1 billion from 35 investors in Value Fund VI. She joined the Cabot REIT Investor Relations Program in 1998. Kathleen holds a BS in Business Administration from New Hampshire College and an AS in Criminal Justice from Northern Essex Community College.
