Position: Structured Product Sales

Location: Onsite in either New York, Chicago, or Philadelphia

Compensation: Competitive Commission Level (Compensation will be tied to revenue generation)

Cabrera Capital Markets Markets is building out and expanding it's structured product trading/sales desk including ABS, CMBS and RMBS/CRT. We are seeking a seasoned professional with an established book of business that includes Tier 1 – Tier 3 institutional clients. We are active in both primary and secondary markets. There are over 1,000 open institutional clients of the firm that require structured product coverage. Soliciting new relationships and converting prospects into revenue-generating accounts is also an ongoing responsibility.

  • Effectively engage and maintain coverage of Tier I through Tier 3 buy-side institutional clients for structured product in both primary and secondary markets
  • Generate reverse inquiry to drive primary issuance
  • Responsible for 750k+ in annual revenues
  • Maintains a client book in which >50% are Tier 2 and Tier 3 accounts
  • Facilitates and promotes TFI sales/trading activity by effectively interacting with Traders, Bankers, and Clients
  • Regularly arrange client meetings to cultivate business relationships
  • Effectively participates in conference calls, meetings, and other communications with clients
  • Adept at trouble-shooting client situations, providing suitable solutions to client questions and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Attend various events to support clients
  • All other duties as assigned
