Danica Berg is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Mentor at Monday Girl since June 2024 and as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Cactus Club Cafe since September 2023. Previously, Danica worked at Meta as a Senior Technical Recruiter for Global Software Engineering from April 2020 to June 2023, and held various roles in talent acquisition at Flatiron Construction and E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc. Danica’s recruitment expertise is further complemented by leadership positions at Aerotek and Aston Carter, focusing on delivering professional talent services.
