Nici Queenan has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Senior Sous Chef at Cactus Club Cafe since June 2011, with a progressive history including multiple roles as Sous Chef starting from that time. Prior to this, Nici worked at The Osprey as a Line Cook for nearly a year and gained experience at Gusto and Relish as a Cook, as well as at Meinhardt Fine Foods as a Production Supervisor. Nici holds a Professional Cook Level 1 certificate from Vancouver Community College, earned in 2019, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Sports and Exercise from the University of Strathclyde, obtained in May 2008, and a high school diploma from St. Ninian's High School received in 2003.
