Brandon Lester

Brandon Lester has extensive culinary experience, currently serving as Head Chef at FireKeepers Casino Hotel since July 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing front line staff, daily product ordering, and ensuring quality standards. Starting as a Line Cook during the property's opening, Brandon progressed to Sous Chef and was integral in launching Café 24/7 and later Nibi, a signature restaurant. Previous culinary roles include Line Cook positions at Yarrow Golf & Conference Resort and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, alongside work as a Line Worker at Advanced Special Tools Inc. Brandon's foundational education was at Cornerstone University from 2004 to 2005.
