Jason Hinkel

Jason Hinkel has a diverse and extensive work experience in the healthcare real estate sector. Jason currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Caddis, where they maximize property and asset performance for owners, investors, and healthcare providers. Prior to this, Jason worked as the Director of Property Management and Leasing at Caddis, where they aligned the needs of multiple providers with real estate fundamentals to deliver quality and cost-effective care. Before Caddis, they served as the Executive Vice President of Development at Brackett Flagship Properties, LLC, pursuing and developing healthcare and medical office real estate. Jason also has a background in senior leadership roles at Duke Realty Corporation, where they were responsible for all aspects of the healthcare real estate portfolio in the Southeast region. Jason started their career at Cogdell Spencer Advisors as Vice President and later transitioned to Cogdell Group Inc as a Senior Project Manager.

Jason Hinkel obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Jason further pursued their education at the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, where they completed their MBA degree with a focus on Finance from 1992 to 1994.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jason Hinkel has obtained various certifications throughout their professional career. Jason acquired the "Broker" certification from the Texas Real Estate Commission in February 2016. Additionally, they obtained another "Broker" certification from the State of Georgia in December 2007.
