Tim Green

Tim Green has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Tim is currently working as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking at Cadence Bank, where they are responsible for building a Commercial Banking portfolio in the North Alabama market. Prior to Cadence Bank, Tim worked at Renasant Bank for four years as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking, managing the current portfolio and acquiring new commercial banking relationships. Before Renasant Bank, they spent several years at Regions Financial Corporation, where they held roles such as Market President and Vice President of Business Banking, overseeing operations, managing financial statements, and acquiring new business relationships. Tim also worked at BBVA Compass as a Vice President of Commercial Banking and Business Banking, acquiring new commercial relationships and managing portfolios. Tim began their career at Regions Bank and AmSouth Bank in various roles, including Assistant Vice President. Overall, Tim Green has a strong background in commercial banking and a proven track record in acquiring and managing relationships with businesses of various revenue sizes.

Tim Green received their Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of North Alabama, where they attended from 1985 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Bradshaw High School, where they studied Advanced subjects from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their degrees, Tim obtained certifications as a Certified Treasury Professional from the Association for Financial Professionals in July 2013, and as a Certified Bank Auditor from BAI in May 1993.
