Kathy Kukowski has over 28 years of experience in the health care industry. Kathy began their career in 1992 as Claims Manager for TPA of Connecticut. In 1995, they moved to ConnectiCare as Manager of Partnership Accounts and New Consultant Sales. In 2004, they became Vice President of Sales for Magellan Health, and in 2006 they moved to Health Net as an Account Executive. In 2011, they joined Anthem, Inc. as a Sales Account Executive/Consultant. In 2014, they became Senior Director of Sales and Account Management for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care. In 2018, they moved to Pequot Health Care as a Senior Account Executive. In 2019, they joined UltraBenefits, Inc. A Fallon Health Company as Vice President Sales & Account Management. In 2020, they were promoted to SVP, Client Success for Call A Doctor Plus.

Kathy Kukowski has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University (2004-2007), a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) from CareerStep (2017), and a Medical Assisting from Briarwood College (1984-1985).
