Niv Randrianarisoa

Niv Randrianarisoa, PMP, DASM has a diverse work experience in project management and organizational performance. They currently hold the position of IT Organizational Performance Lead at CAE Inc since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of IT PMO at Solotech Inc. from June 2020 to August 2022. They also held roles such as IT Portfolio and PMO Lead at Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group from October 2019 to June 2020, and as part of the Enterprise PMO and Governance team at Rio Tinto from December 2018 to October 2019. Prior to these positions, Niv gained experience at CGI as a Senior Consultant in organizational performance and also worked on M&A and outsourcing projects. They also worked as a Consultant in project/program management. Before joining CGI, they worked at Societe Generale as a PMO and later as the Director of the Organization and Projects Department. They also served as the Quality Manager for ISO 9001 at Societe Generale. Niv's earlier experience includes roles at Galana Distribution Pétrolière as an Operational Marketing Manager, at Cimelta as a Quality Manager for ISO 9001, and at SIGMA S.A. as a Quality Assurance Manager.

Niv Randrianarisoa, PMP, DASM, holds a Diplôme d'Ingénieur (Bac+5) in Génie Industriel from the University of Antananarivo, which they obtained from 1996 to 2001. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2012, and the Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM) certification from the Project Management Institute in May 2020. Niv has also acquired certifications related to agile project management and learning design thinking from institutions like LinkedIn and Humance | Culture & Performance.
