Udaya Joshi has extensive work experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and quality systems. Udaya is currently the Director of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs at Caerus Corporation since July 2021. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of QA/RA at Permac Industries from October 2018 to July 2021. From July 2015 to October 2018, Udaya worked as the Quality Systems/Regulatory Affairs Leader at Lowell Inc. Udaya also held the position of Director of QA at U.S. Electronics, Inc. from July 2010 to June 2015. Before that, they worked as the Quality Engineering Manager at Donaldson from 2008 to 2010. Udaya started their career at ADC in June 2000 as a Sr. Design Assurance Engineer/Project Manager, which is now known as Tyco Electronics, and they worked there until July 2008.

Udaya Joshi, MS, MBA, CSSBB, has a strong educational background in the field of telecommunications and engineering. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Following this, Udaya completed a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. Additionally, they obtained an MBA from the same institution.

Udaya Joshi has also obtained multiple certifications to further enhance their professional skills. They are a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001/13485 and AS 9100, which was obtained in 2016 from AQS Management Systems, Inc. In 2011, they earned a Manager of Quality/Operational Excellence Training certification from ASQ and a Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from Aveta Business Institute. Furthermore, Udaya received a PMP Cert - MS Project PMBOK Training from Watermark Learning in 2009.
