Shawn Clancy

Shawn Clancy is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in development and real estate across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Caesars Entertainment, Inc. since July 2020, Shawn previously held the same title at Eldorado Resorts, Inc. from April 2019 to July 2020. Prior roles include Senior Director of Property Development at Sephora and Vice President of Real Estate Administration at Big Lots. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Longs Drugs, Starbucks Coffee Company, Gap Inc., OHM Remediation Services, Perini Corporation, and Ingersoll-Rand Company. Shawn Clancy earned a BS in Accountancy from Bentley University in 1985.
