Makaila Ratliff

Makaila Ratliff has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and social media. Makaila started their career as a Social Media Marketing Intern at 365 Consulting Group LLC in 2020, where they conducted marketing campaigns and created content that increased membership and client interactions. Makaila then worked as a Social Media Coordinator at Upside Down Ice Cream in 2021, where they developed and executed marketing plans to increase brand awareness.

In 2021, Makaila also worked as a Barista at Starbucks, where they prioritized customer satisfaction and efficiently handled customer orders and payments. Makaila further enhanced their skills in social media management as a Social Media Manager for a freelance project, where they managed all aspects of the marketing strategy and utilized analytics tools to improve KPIs.

From 2022 to 2023, Makaila worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Graves + Associates, where they co-led digital advertising projects, managed company content across social media platforms, and implemented multi-content strategies to increase brand awareness. Currently, they are working as an Assistant Marketing Director at CAFARO, starting in 2023.

Throughout their work experience, Makaila has consistently demonstrated their ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, increase audience engagement, and achieve measurable results.

Makaila Ratliff attended the University of Washington from 2019 to 2022 and received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Marketing. In addition to their degree, they obtained various certifications including the Hootsuite Platform Certification and Social Marketing Certification from Hootsuite in April 2022. Makaila also achieved the Microsoft Office Specialist certification for Microsoft Office 2016 from Certiport Exam Preparation in February 2019.
