Valentina Salice

Valentina Salice has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Valentina is currently working at Caffeina | Ideas Never Sleep as the Chief Business Officer and has been a Partner at the company since January 2022. Prior to that, Valentina was a Fellow Professor of Marketing & Sales at SDA Bocconi starting from January 2021. Valentina also served as the Head of Business Development at OMD Italy from May 2019 to February 2022, where they were responsible for generating and managing new business opportunities and driving innovation in communication. Before that, Valentina was the Head of Creative Account Management at Accenture Song from February 2018 to May 2019, where they supported the development and launch of the Creative Hub in Italy. Valentina also has experience at J. Walter Thompson Worldwide and Young & Rubicam Group, where they held various roles including Client Service Director and Account Supervisor. Valentina began their career as an intern in marketing at Inq Aps.

Valentina Salice began their educational journey in 1998 at Liceo Classico "E. Cairoli" in Varese, where they completed their high school education. Valentina then attended Università Bocconi from 2003 to 2006, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics for Art, Culture, and Communication. In 2005, Valentina briefly studied Economics at the Schulich School of Business - York University. Valentina returned to Università Bocconi from 2006 to 2008 for their Graduate Degree in Marketing Management. During this time, they also pursued a Master of Science in Strategic Market Creation at Copenhagen Business School from 2007 to 2008. Most recently, in 2021, Valentina completed an Advanced Management Program at Omnicom University in partnership with Harvard Business School.
