Kayode Akintola

Kayode Akintola possesses extensive experience in international development, currently serving as the Head of Region for Africa at CAFOD since July 2013. Key achievements include developing multi-country strategies focused on women's empowerment, leading humanitarian response reviews, and advocating for legislative reforms in Liberia. Prior to CAFOD, Kayode held various leadership roles at VSO from 2003 to 2013, overseeing program management and securing significant funding for education and livelihoods initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Development Management from The Open University, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Ilorin.
