Daniel Soriano Hernández

Daniel Soriano Hernández has worked in various roles across a range of companies since 2000. At IE Business School, they have held the roles of Director of the Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, Coordinator of Adjunct Faculty of Entrepreneurship, Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship, Academic Director of the Business Innovation Module, Global Executive MBA, Academic Director of the "Venture Capital Program, Investing in High Growth Companies", Academic Director +Entrepreneurship Module, Associate Director, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, Project Manager, Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center, E-learning Technologies Administrator, and Software Developer and IT Administrator. In 2021, they began a new role as Academic Director, Entrepreneurship Module & IE Challenge (part of IE IMPACT) at IE University. In 2014, they began a role as Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship and Mentor of Corporate Innovation Projects at Headspring, by Financial Times & IE Business School. At Caixa Capital Risc, they have held the roles of Member of the Technology and Digital Investment Committee (Early stage / Series A) and Member of the Investment Committee in "Caixa Capital Micro II". Since 2017, they have been a Member of the Academic Council at MIOTI | Madrid Internet of Things Institute.

Daniel Soriano Hernández's education history includes a Technical Engineering in Computer Systems from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed from 1996 to 2000. Daniel then went on to obtain an MBA in Business Administration from IE Business School in 2004-2005. In 2010, they completed the European Entrepreneurship Colloquium (EEC) from the European Forum for Entrepreneurship Research (EFER). Most recently, they completed the Venture Capital Online Program: Investing in High-Growth companies from IE Business School in 2020.
