Isidora Paklar

Isidora Paklar is a dedicated human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at COING since April 2022, where responsibilities include promoting company culture, ensuring employee engagement, and developing retention programs. As a Co-Founder of Organizacija Irida since November 2018, Isidora develops strategies to achieve organizational goals while maintaining partnerships with stakeholders. Previous roles include Education Coordinator and Youth Worker at Centar za omladinski rad, where Isidora focused on educational program development, mentorship, and volunteer management. With a solid educational background, including a Master’s degree in Gender Studies from the University of Belgrade and a degree in Youth Work from Jönköping University, Isidora demonstrates a strong commitment to youth education and development.
