Charlie Ross

Charlie Ross has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011 as the Head Surf Instructor at Go Ride a Wave. In 2012 they became a Canoe Trip Leader at Camp Tamakwa. From 2014 to 2016 they worked as a Law Clerk and Legal Assistant at Mathews Hunt Legal and Clayton Utz. In 2015 they Co-Founded and became a Company Director at Namaste Collective Pty Ltd. In 2017 they Founded Charlie Spike and worked as a Business Coach at Pack a Business. From 2016 to 2018 they worked as a Lawyer at Corrs Chambers Westgarth, and from 2018 to 2020 they were the Head Lawyer at Cake Legal. In 2020 they became the Chief Operating Officer, Head Of Operations & Legal Counsel, and In-house Counsel & Legal Operations Manager at Cake. In this role, they were the lead legal advisor to the Cake group and managed the Legal Partnerships Program.

Charlie Ross has a diverse educational background, having obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Bachelor of Communications (Business) Majoring in Advertising & Marketing from Bond University, a Bachelor's degree in Law from Ghent University, and having attended The Geelong College.
