Darren Laws

Darren Laws is an experienced professional in the field of implementation engineering, currently serving as the Implementation Engineering Manager (International) at Calabrio, Inc. since August 2017. Darren has progressed through various roles at Calabrio, including Implementation Engineering Supervisor and Implementation Engineer, focusing on the installation of on-premises and SaaS call recording systems, as well as Quality Management and Workforce Optimization. Prior to Calabrio, Darren held leadership positions at Capita IT Enterprise Services and Azzurri Communications, where responsibilities included managing deployments and specializing in Avaya systems. Darren's career began at Redstone as an Avaya Engineer, following a three-year apprenticeship, and includes extensive experience with IP telephony, technical support, and team mentorship. Darren completed education at Dartford Grammar School from 1993 to 1998.
