Jessica Gilmartin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jessica currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Calendly, a scheduling software company. Prior to this, they were the Head of Revenue Marketing at Asana from June 2020 to January 2023. From May 2018 to June 2020, they held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at Honor, a home care company. Jessica also worked at Lighthouse AI, where they were the General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer, responsible for launching the first true AI camera. Before that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Piazza, an online Q&A and college recruiting platform. Jessica played a crucial role in building the marketing team at Wildfire, a social media marketing software startup that was later acquired by Google, where they continued to run product marketing. In 2009, they worked as a Launch Consultant for Uforia fitness studio. Jessica co-founded Fraiche Yogurt, a specialty food business, and managed all aspects of the operation from concept creation to marketing. Jessica started their career as a Brand Manager at Dell and later worked as an Associate at Lehman Brothers, managing cross-functional teams and handling pricing and sales strategies.

Jessica Gilmartin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University between 1994 and 1998. Jessica further pursued their education at The Wharton School from 2002 to 2004, obtaining their Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing and Strategy.
