Noah Schatz has a strong background in operations and customer service. Noah started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Ad-Gency and later became a Customer Success Manager at the same company. Noah then moved to Paragon ICC as a Division Manager, where they successfully managed a team and achieved low chargeback ratios. After that, they joined William Hill as the Head of Operations, overseeing multiple functions and increasing VIP customer revenue. Noah then joined Paragon ICC again, this time as an Operations Manager at Winner.com, where they built and directed a team to support various gaming products. Most recently, they served as the Head of Service Operations at Caliente Interactive, managing a large team and ensuring real-time service across multiple channels.
Noah Schatz attended Bar-Ilan University from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued coursework towards a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.
