Rajneesh Hora has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2001, Hora worked as an Executive Trainee Operations at GSK Consumer Healthcare India. From 2004 to 2005, they served as a Research Associate at the University of Guelph, focusing on projects related to food safety and pathogen elimination. Rajneesh then joined Parmalat Canada as a Research Scientist in 2005, where they formulated new dairy products, modified existing ones, and provided technical support to processing units. Hora transitioned to Danone in 2009, working as an R&D Manager until 2012. From 2013 to 2016, they held managerial roles at Nestlé, including Head of Science & Technology and Portfolio Manager. Hora then joined Chobani in 2016, initially as an R&D Director and later as the VP of Research & Development. In 2022, they worked at NotCo as the VP of Research and Development before joining FlavorSum as a Director on the Board of Directors. Currently, Hora serves as the Chief Science Officer at Califia Farms.

Rajneesh Hora's education history begins in 1982 when they attended St. Theresa's Convent School in Karnal, where they completed their SSC (Secondary School Certificate). Rajneesh then pursued a B tech degree in Dairy Technology from the National Dairy Research Institute, graduating in 2001. Following this, they attended the University of Guelph from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained a Master's degree in Food Science.
