Anand Mopkar

Anand Mopkar has several years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on project management and engineering. Anand currently holds the position of Director - Research, Development & Deployment (RD&D) at California Bioenergy LLC. Prior to this, they worked at Brightmark as a Senior Project Manager - Development & Technology Specialist and as a Project Manager. Anand also gained experience as a Project Engineer at both Zero Waste Energy and Phoenix Energy, where they were involved in project coordination, feasibility assessment, and resource management. Anand Mopkar has a strong background in designing and implementing renewable energy projects, with a specific expertise in gas treatment systems and process optimization.

Anand Mopkar holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Southern California. Anand also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemical Engineering from the Vellore Institute of Technology. In addition to their degrees, Anand has obtained certifications in Project Management from Procore Technologies in 2018.
