Greg Fedewa

Greg Fedewa is a Bioinformatics Scientist with extensive experience in analyzing large-scale metagenomic datasets and developing computational methods for immunological data interpretation. Currently employed at Caltech since July 2024, Greg previously held the same title at Nuanced Health from July 2021 to May 2024, where contributions included foundational work for the company's discovery platform and identifying disease biomarkers. Academic research as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the University of Cambridge from November 2018 to May 2021 focused on innovative methods in immune response modeling. Greg earned a PhD in Bioinformatics from the University of California, San Francisco, following a B.S. in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at Michigan State University, where early roles included positions as a Lab Assistant and Technical Aide.
