Tencha Chavez

Tencha Chavez currently serves as the Strategic Initiatives Outreach Manager at the California Native Vote Project, a position held since May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Housing Program Manager, Outreach Specialist, and Eligibility Coordinator at United American Indian Involvement (July 2019 - March 2023), and as a Substance Abuse Counselor at Social Model Recovery Systems (October 2018 - July 2019). Previous positions also include customer service roles at Act One Entertainment and United Airlines, as well as extensive experience in call center operations with Verizon Wireless. Tencha Chavez holds an Associate of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from East Los Angeles College and a bachelor's degree from UC San Diego, among other educational qualifications.
