Julie Castro

Julie Castro has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Julie started their career at LA Food Show in 2004 as a General Manager. In 2008, they joined California Pizza Kitchen as a Managing Partner and held this position until 2014. From 2014 to 2018, Julie worked as a Senior Manager of MIT Training and People Development at California Pizza Kitchen. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Director of Operations Systems and People Development. Currently, Julie holds the position of Senior Director of Culinary Operations & Operation Services at California Pizza Kitchen, a role they have been in since May 2019.

Julie Castro received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General from the University of Southern California from 1996 to 2000.
