Maricela Maldonado

Maricela Maldonado is an Assistant Professor at California State University, Long Beach since August 2022, following a tenure as a Postdoctoral Fellow at City of Hope from February 2017 to August 2022 and at the University of California, Riverside from January 2012 to January 2017, where Maricela also served as a Graduate Student Researcher. Maricela earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Bioengineering from the University of California, Riverside between 2012 and 2016, and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering from UCLA, obtained in 2011, as well as an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Engineering from Fullerton College, completed in 2008.
