Julie Fogarty

Julie Fogarty is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in structural engineering and aerospace engineering. Currently serving as an Associate Professor at California State University-Sacramento since August 2015, Julie has previously held positions as an Assistant Professor and Graduate Student Research Assistant at the University of Michigan, where coursework included Finite Element Analysis and Structural Engineering. Julie also has experience as an intern with the U.S. Department of Transportation, coordinating logistics for a student essay competition and conducting research and cost analysis. Julie Fogarty holds multiple degrees from the University of Michigan, including a PhD in Structural Engineering, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
