Raymond Zhang Fe

Raymond Zhang FE, ASCE, PMP is an experienced civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Davis. Currently serving as an Associate Engineer at California Water Service Company since April 2016, Raymond has previously held positions as Lead Project Engineer and Project Manager at RGA Design from March 2013 to April 2016 and as Assistant Design Engineer at Y.E.I. Engineers from 2010 to February 2012. Additionally, Raymond was a Member at an association from 2006 to 2010 and pursued further education at Sapienza Università di Roma in 2009.
