Scientist/project Manager - Membrane Protein Biochemistry At Calixar at Calixar

Marie Dujardin is a Scientist and Project Manager specializing in Membrane Protein Biochemistry at CALIXAR since August 2021. Previously, Marie worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Biochemistry and NMR at CNRS UMR5086, IBCP from April 2018 to August 2021, focusing on structural investigations of viral proteins linked to Dengue, Hepatitis B, and SARS-CoV-2 using solid-state NMR and electron microscopy. Prior roles include a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Laboratory of Retrovirus and Structural Biochemistry and a PhD candidate in Structural Biochemistry at CNRS, where the dissertation involved studying the structural relationship between Hepatitis C Virus NS5A protein and the host chaperone CypA. Additionally, Marie served as a Teaching Assistant at Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille. Education includes a Master’s degree in Analytical Biochemistry from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
