Katie McNally

Katie McNally's work experience includes various roles in human resources and people enablement. Katie started their career as an HR Officer at NHS in 2004 and then worked as an HR Consultant at Glasgow Caledonian University. In 2006, they became a Recruitment Consultant at Air New Zealand before progressing to roles such as HR Manager, Senior HRBP, and Manager - Future of Work at the same company. In 2019, they joined 2degrees as the Head of HR Business Partnering and later held positions as Acting Chief People Officer and Head of Integration - People & Culture. Currently, Katie is the Head of People Enablement at Callaghan Innovation, starting in 2023.

Katie McNally attended the University of Strathclyde from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management.
