Operations Team Lead at Callmax Solution

John Dimaranan has been working in the operations field since 2003. John began their career as a Business Process Associate at American Data Exchange Corporation (ADEC Solutions Inc.) and was promoted to Team Leader in 2005. In 2006, they moved to ADEC Innovations as an Operations Supervisor. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at iSupport Worldwide, where they held the role of Operations Supervisor and Sr. Underwriter. In 2020, they joined Callmax Solutions as an Operations Team Lead. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, capacity planning and staffing allocation, maintaining and improving reports, and assuring compliance to Service Level Agreements. John is also accountable for evaluating Team Leaders and Sr. Underwriters periodically.

John Dimaranan attended STI College - Bacoor from 2001 to 2003 and earned a degree in Computer Science. John also has a number of certifications, including Essence of Leadership: Leading and Motivating, Leadership and Management Program, Personal Effectiveness Program for Leaders, PowerSpeak: Speechcraft, and Time and Task Management.
