Jonathan Morgia has worked in the sales industry since 2007. Jonathan began their career at Verizon Wireless, where they held the roles of Retail Sales Representative, Assistant Store Manager, General Manager - Retail Store, and Business Sales Manager. In 2018, they joined CallTrackingMetrics as an Account Executive & Team Lead, and was later promoted to Manager, Inside Sales. In this role, they managed a team of six and solved unique pain points for potential clients. Jonathan was then promoted to Sr. Manager, Inside Sales, where they led a team of Account Executives and Business Development Representatives for new logo acquisition and initial account dedication. Jonathan utilized the Challenger Sale approach to deliver analytics and optimize clients' overall business objectives.

Jonathan Morgia began their educational journey in 1996 when they attended Bridgewater-Raritan High School from 1996 to 2000. Jonathan then moved on to the University of Maryland Baltimore County from 2000 to 2002, studying Sociology. Jonathan completed their undergraduate degree in Sociology at Salisbury University from 2003 to 2005.
