We are hiring remote workers for this role in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, or NYC areas. At this time, only candidates in these locations will be considered. 

What You’ll Do 

As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the Director of Demand Marketing. You will own the product-led growth and conversion rate optimization strategy across Calm Business web properties. You will drive the strategy to generate revenue for our self-serve product in partnership with Paid programs, Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Product. You will be responsible for driving revenue by building and guiding a multi-channel growth strategy and collaborating with our Product teams, optimizing ROI, and improving prospect experience. You will scale conversions and drive customer engagement and retention. You will fill in opportunity gaps across all funnels and optimize strategies to achieve business goals. 

  • Set and execute the self-serve global strategy and roadmap for growth and performance marketing
  • Build and optimize a multi-channel growth go-to-market strategy with a strong focus on scaled digital channels and capabilities
  • Responsible for return on investment for self-serve, effectively planning, allocating, and optimizing budget against highest returning activities and channels globally
  • Managing external contractors and agencies
  • Collaborate with digital and campaigns teams to develop and execute campaigns to drive engagement and revenue
  • Execute high-converting marketing strategies based on data analytics 
  • Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive self-serve customer retention
  • Identify threats and opportunity gaps to be addressed
  • Coordinate across campaigns, digital marketing, design, email marketing, and other marketing teams’ initiatives

Who You Are

  • Experience marketing to HR benefits leaders, and/or healthcare-related background
  • Marketing Campaign Management
  • Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high-impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward
  • Strong growth track record, with samples and results of past campaigns
  • Outstanding written, oral, and organizational ability
  • Knowledge of Wordpress, GA4, Marketo, ABM Platforms (6sense), Digital Ad platforms, SEO, conversion rate optimization tools 
  • Proficient with analytic platforms like Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), Tableau
  • 6+ years’ experience in growth marketing

Minimum Requirements

  • This role typically requires 8+ years’ of related experience

The anticipated salary range for this position is 142,000 - 198,800. The base salary range represents the low and high end of Calm’s salary range for this position. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidates skills, experience and other qualifications. This role is also eligible for equity + comprehensive benefits + 401k + flexible time off.
