Sam Kirecci

Sam Kirecci has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in finance and sales operations. They began their career as an Accounting Temporary at Accountants on Call, where they handled accounts payable and receivable tasks. They then moved on to Alcatel-Lucent as a Financial Analyst, where they interpreted and implemented compensation plans for the sales staff.

Afterwards, Kirecci joined Countrywide Securities Corporation as a Senior Financial Analyst and Senior Business Analyst, where they managed daily reporting and analysis of trade volumes and sales credits. They also evaluated invoices to allocate costs to specific trading desks and books.

In 2007, Kirecci joined Nexsan as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became the Director of Finance & Sales Operations. In this role, they managed and reported on a $50M finance budget, conducted financial analysis based on sales performance, and developed monthly bonus and sales commission calculations.

Kirecci then worked at BlackLine as the Director of GTM Finance, partnering with Sales Operations and Marketing to drive growth and increase bookings. They conducted conversion metrics reporting, sales cycle stage analysis, and win/loss analysis.

At Tipalti, Kirecci served as the Director of GTM Strategy & Analytics, collaborating with various teams to drive growth and operationalize goals and metrics. They established reporting metrics, analyzed sales cycle stages, and communicated with C-level executives and Territory VPs.

Currently, Kirecci is employed at Calm as the Director of B2B Finance. They partner with cross-functional teams to develop financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. They also act as a strategic finance partner for the Calm Health team.

Sam Kirecci is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance at California State University, Northridge. Sam'sfield of study is focused on finance. Prior to this, from 1992 to 1994, Sam obtained an AA degree in Economics from Los Angeles Valley College.
