Sarah Harris-Creevey has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sarah has held various positions within different companies. Sarah started their career as an International Resourcing Intern at HSBC Bank Mexico in 2007. From there, they moved to HSBC Bank Brasil and worked as an Expatriate Administration Intern. In 2010, they joined Calor Gas Ltd as a Distribution Analyst, where they gained exposure to all areas of the business. Sarah then transitioned to the role of Resourcing Supervisor in Calor's Customer Engineering department. Sarah later became a Project Manager in Central Operations, focusing on process improvement and enhancing the customer offering.

In 2015, Sarah had a two-year secondment to Calor's parent company, SHV Energy, where they served as a Project Manager for operational excellence. Their responsibilities included designing and implementing new methodologies for efficiency improvement, setting up a Group Centre of Excellence for digital operations, and overseeing central procurement of solutions.

Sarah returned to Calor Gas Ltd in 2019 and held several leadership positions. Sarah first served as the Supply Chain Planning Manager, leading the planning and execution of integrated business planning. Sarah then became the Head of Supply Chain, responsible for end-to-end supply chain planning and asset management. Currently, Sarah is the Head of Customer Engineering, leading Calor's field technical services division.

Prior to joining Calor Gas Ltd again, they worked as the Operations Director Benelux at Primagaz Belgium NV. In this role, they had direct responsibility for supply chain, production, engineering, and safety of operational assets and activities.

Sarah Harris-Creevey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Joint Honours Spanish and Portuguese at the University of Bristol from 2005 to 2009. Prior to their university education, they attended Stratford-upon-Avon Grammar School for Girls from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they studied at the International School of Curitiba in Brazil from 1997 to 2000. In terms of certifications, Sarah obtained various qualifications including a Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification from APICS in 2022, a NEBOSH National General Certificate in Health and Safety in 2019, a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from The Lean Six Sigma Company in 2016, a Level 3 Certificate (including International CPC) from The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (UK) in 2013, and a Level 3 Certificate from the Institute of Leadership and Management in 2013.
