Chris joined CALSTART in 2023 as a Project Manager 1 for the Clean Fuels and Infrastructure team, focused on the Communities in Charge Level II Incentive project.
Prior to joining CALSTART, Chris worked at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District as an Air Quality Specialist. In this position he performed air dispersion modeling and health risk assessment to protect public health for the residents of the San Joaquin Valley. In addition, Chris made CEQA (California Environmental Quality Act) determination for permitting projects, collaborated with businesses that emit air toxics to quantify and evaluate their pollution impacts, research information related to public records request, and various other special projects for management. Chris also holds his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the California State University, Fresno.
