Ashok Konda

Ashok Konda has a diverse work experience in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. Ashok started their career at Research Support International Ltd. in 2000, where they worked as a Research Group Head for nearly a decade. In 2010, they joined Calyx Chemicals & Pharmaceuticals Ltd. as a General Manager and gradually moved up in the ranks. Ashok served as Sr. General Manager from 2013 to 2014, Associate Vice President Research And Development from 2014 to 2020, and ultimately became the Vice President Research And Development in September 2020.

Ashok Konda began their education in 1976 at Kakatiya University in Warangal where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree at Vivek Vardhini College. Ashok completed their B.Sc. degree in an unspecified field of study in 1979.

Afterwards, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1982 to 1987, where they earned their Ph.D. with a focus on Reaction Mechanism.

Following their Ph.D., they pursued post-doctoral work from 1988 to 1992. Ashok conducted their post-doctoral research at the University of Maryland, Georgia Tech, and the University of Munich, specializing in Chemistry.
