Bill O'Donnell

Bill O'Donnell has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Bill began their career at Sprint Nextel in 2002, where they served as a Director, managing the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence team. At Sprint Nextel, they also built a PMO organization for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and managed a geographically dispersed staff.

In 2007, Bill joined Armed Forces Benefits Association as a Consultant, where they served as a Project Manager and Scrum Master for the implementation of a replacement Policy Administration system for Life Insurance using Agile Delivery Process.

From 2009 to 2015, Bill worked as a Senior Associate at Booz Allen and Hamilton, focusing on various projects and responsibilities.

In 2015, Bill established their own business, O'Donnell Enterprises, where they worked as a Consultant until 2017.

Following that, they worked as a Director at Laureate Online Education from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Bill joined Booz Allen Hamilton again, this time as a Senior Associate, before moving to HII Technical Solutions, a division of Huntington Ingalls Industries, in 2019. At HII Technical Solutions, they hold the role of VP Application Delivery.

Bill O'Donnell obtained their Master of Science degree in Information Systems from American University in 1995.
