Franklin Grimes

Franklin Grimes is an experienced Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Systems Engineer with a strong background in C4I systems integration and operations. Grimes has been with HII Technical Solutions since August 2017, directing testing, integration, and employment of M&S C4I systems in support of the NWDC M&S Operations team. Prior to this role, Grimes held a similar position at Alion Science and Technology from February 2017 to August 2021. Franklin's career began in the U.S. Navy, serving as an Operations Specialist First Class from September 1996 to March 2017, where responsibilities included managing electronic and command systems for tactical and strategic warfare. Franklin holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice/Homeland Security from ECPI University.
