Jaime Orlando

VP, Communications at Technical Solutions

Jaime Orlando is the vice president of communications for Huntington Ingalls Industries’ Technical Solutions division. She is responsible for the strategy and execution of all integrated marketing, communications and engagement strategies.

Before joining HII, Orlando served as senior director of strategic communications for Peraton, where she led corporate media relations and internal communications and launched the company’s brand identity following its carve-out from Harris Corp.

She joined Harris in 2012 and served as the senior manager of the IT services business and later director of marketing and communications for its critical networks segment. Additionally, she served in a variety of communication and marketing roles with ManTech International, the U.S. Department of State and Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide.

Orlando earned bachelor’s degrees in economics and consumer studies from Virginia Tech and a master’s degree in marketing from Johns Hopkins University. She also served as chair of the Potomac Officers Club’s marketing council and has received industry and peer recognition for successful advertising and employee engagement campaigns.
