Shelby Cieslinski

Shelby Cieslinski is a Senior Food Scientist at Cambium Analytica since September 2021, following a role as a Grocery Specialist at The Better Health Markets and Cafes from September 2020 to September 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Assistant in the Department of Food Science & Human Nutrition at Michigan State University from August 2014 to August 2019, focusing on research related to consumer perception of stevia and managing sensory testing operations. Additionally, Shelby worked as a Sensory Research Assistant, training newcomers and assisting clients with formulation and analytical challenges. Education includes a Master of Science in Food Science and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science, both from Michigan State University.
