Gerui Li is a Senior Food Scientist at Wonton Food Inc, with a focus on coordinating and executing new product development, optimizing ingredient selections, and implementing innovative processing technologies. Since joining in March 2014, Gerui has also managed pilot plant operations and provided technical support to marketing and sales teams. Previously, Gerui held the position of Chief of Staff at Slant'd and served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Iowa State University. Gerui's educational background includes a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Iowa State University, along with professional culinary training in Pastry Arts from the International Culinary Center.
