Steve Riddle

Steve Riddle, CCP, currently serves as the Head of Total Rewards at Cambium Learning Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Head of Global Total Rewards at Rosetta Stone from January 2016 to January 2021. Steve's extensive experience also includes serving as the International Total Rewards and Human Resources Leader at Reward Strategy Solutions for a brief period in late 2015, as well as a series of roles at Discovery Communications from November 2004 to August 2015, including Vice President of International Rewards and Global Compensation. Earlier in Steve's career, from January 2000 to October 2004, Steve was a Senior Compensation Consultant at Sodexo. Steve Riddle holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from George Mason University.
