Jerald Prince

Jerald Prince, MBA, CECP, currently serves as the Director, Head of Benefits at Southwest Airlines since March 2024. Prior to this role, Jerald held the position of Director, Benefits and 401(k) Operations at American Airlines from August 2021 to March 2024 and was the Director of Executive Compensation and Global Mobility at Celanese from October 2017 to August 2021. Jerald's extensive experience includes managing executive compensation programs, collaborating with various internal partners, and leading teams dedicated to executive compensation and global mobility. Earlier career roles include Senior Manager positions at Bank of America and a teaching role at Teach For America. Jerald holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA from Duke University.
