Joel Janssen

Joel Janssen has gained extensive experience in the field of Learning & Development, starting as an Auto & Personal Insurance Advisor at HUB International in 2014. Joel then progressed to roles such as Corporate Trainer, Regional Training & Development Manager, and Manager of Talent & Organizational Development. Joel also served as the Instructor for the Property & Casualty Insurance Program at Red River College before taking on the role of Director of Learning & Talent Development at Cambrian Credit Union in 2021.

Joel Janssen completed a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Red River College Polytechnic in 2022, following a Certificate in General Insurance from the same institution in 2016. Joel also obtained certifications such as CTDP, CPHR Candidate, Certified Everything DiSC Facilitator, CPTM, CAIB Designation, and CIP Designation.
