Debrah Kiwara

Debrah Kiwara is the People Operations Manager serving with CrossBoundary Group’s People team. She is based in CrossBoundary’s Nairobi Office. Debrah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Africa Nazarene University and a postgraduate diploma in Human Resources from the College of Human Resource Management. She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. Prior to joining CrossBoundary, Debrah worked at a start-up and a management consulting firm, both based in Nairobi, where she helped set up multiple people teams, including rolling out new policies and benefits, structuring learning and development sessions for managers and associates, and ensuring HR compliance procedures were set up.
